ARG Industrial is seeking a full-time Production Worker/Warehouse Associate in our Everett location. We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses and assemble work orders
- Manufacture hose assemblies to required specifications
- Handle walk in customers, process counter orders
- Quality control processing for outgoing work orders
- Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria
- Utilizes hand and power tools
- Use of hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap and kit hose assemblies
- Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production supervisor in charge as needed
- Assist in daily inventory counts
- Be able to recognize different fittings and hose types and sizes by sight
- Forklift operation
- Other duties as assigned
Successful candidate will possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random hair follicle drug screenings
- Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet and lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a team player attitude
- Completes work assignments in a timely manner
- Must be attentive to detail
- Reliable and dependable adherence to work schedule
