Compensation
$22 - $28 based on experience
Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate your green career with us
- Properly plant, trim, weed, mulch, and provide light trimming & clean up
- Diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental turf and shrub conditions
- Maintain open communication with management and client to provide feedback on landscape needs
- Drive, use, maintain and properly operate all tools including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, backsprayer sprayer,
Qualifications
What We’re Seeking:
- Love of the outdoors
- Background in Forestry, Horticulture, or Landscaping
- Experience in annual and perennial plant ID
- Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
- Ability to complete the Davey Landscape and/or Plant Health Care Technician career development books upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
