Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Executive Assistant to support a Government Senior Executive Service (SES) Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, outstanding communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. This role is critical in ensuring efficient administrative support to the Director in executing their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize executive-level correspondence within the Directorate.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, pre-briefs, and events with various organizations, individuals, and staff.
Arrange all CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements for the Director and Deputy Director.
Maintain and ensure quality control of files and correspondence.
Develop internal procedures for routine office functions to enhance efficiency.
Manage the Director’s calendar with authority to commit time and appointments.
Screen and handle inquiries from telephonic and in-person visitors, providing appropriate referrals.
Handle classified materials and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Draft and finalize materials, including correspondence and reports, from rough drafts, notes, or verbal instructions.
Anticipate and forecast requirements, resolving scheduling conflicts, and planning for recurring events.
Collaborate with Directorate staff to prepare documents, speeches, and briefings for the Director.
Utilize office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, for word processing, emails, calendars, and database management.
High school graduate plus advanced secretarial training. Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
DTS (Defense Travel System) experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Active Secret Clearance is required.
