Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in HR leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
