What you will be doing each day:
- Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager
- Support management staffing needs within the company as needed
- Mentor new hires in sales training
- On-boarding new hires in the store
- Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly

- Ability to make quick, rational decisions
