EnSafe is accepting applications for a Payroll/Accounts Receivable Specialist based out of EnSafe’s Memphis, TN office.

What We Are Looking For:

As a Payroll/Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Accounting Department which fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.

What You Will Be Doing:

Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Review and verify timesheet records and approvals.
Process special payments such as bonuses.
Assist with payroll audits and year-end processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR on payroll-related matters.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and files.
Record and post cash receipts to the appropriate accounts and invoices.
Reconcile cash receipts with bank statements and customer statements.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues with cash receipts, such as missing payments, overpayments, or refunds.
Prepare and maintain reports and records of cash receipts and transactions.
Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate cash receipt processing.

Qualifications:

Two plus years of relevant payroll accounting experience
Microsoft Office experience.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with administration and clients.
Ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically, and with integrity in identifying problems.
Possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and be deadline-driven.

Ideally, you’ll also have…

Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
