Responsibilities of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager (or Director depending on experience) to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in planning and managing small projects with a

focus on process, people, and technical components. While deep technical expertise is not required, the ability

to self-manage, drive projects to completion, and collaborate effectively with teams at all levels is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Plan and manage projects with a focus on process, people, and technical components.

● Drive projects independently to completion, demonstrating self-management skills.

● Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

● Document processes and identify areas for improvement within the organization.

● Foster a continuous improvement mentality, working to standardize and enhance operational efficiency.

● Exhibit strong multitasking skills and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

● Solve complex problems and provide recommendations for effective solutions.

● Assist in the due diligence of acquisitions, assessing fit into our shared service model.

● Utilize strong MS Office skills and proficiency in creating presentations.

● Execute role with integrity and authenticity.

Must-Have:

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

● A minimum of 3 years of experience with managing projects with process, people, and technical

components.

● Remarkable attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, essential for meeting deadlines.

● The ability to adapt and shift priorities based on workload, maintaining efficiency in a dynamic

environment.

● Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse

stakeholders.

● Continuous improvement mentality, working to standardize and improve organizational operations.

● Capability to support multiple business units, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

● A well-organized and collaborative approach, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Nice to Have:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

● 1+ years of experience in HR and/or Recruitment

● Experience in working with reporting tools (Power BI is a plus)

● A good sense of humor, we like to have fun while we make a difference in our communities
