Role Description Rover Positions at Pegasus are full-time, on-site roles based in Long Beach, CA, supporting critical environment cleaning across various facility types. Team members rotate between locations and assignments, performing detailed cleaning, equipment care, and contamination control in data centers, cleanrooms, laboratories, and commercial spaces. Daily responsibilities include following established cleaning protocols, using specialized tools and materials safely, and adhering to regulatory and customer requirements. Rovers document work accurately in Pegasus systems, coordinate with supervisors and other technicians, and respond to evolving site needs while maintaining consistent, high-quality results. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting as part of routine tasks, and requires strict attention to safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications

Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols, including contamination control and safety practices in critical environments.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with the capacity to complete tasks accurately and document work thoroughly.
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work varying shifts, rotate between facilities, and respond to urgent site needs.
Effective communication skills to interact with supervisors, teammates, and site contacts in a professional manner.
Comfort working on your feet for extended periods, with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
Willingness to complete Pegasus’ Critical Environment Cleaning Certification and participate in ongoing training.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning, facilities, data centers, or life sciences environments is a plus.
Ability to pass background checks and meet client-specific access and security requirements.
