Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting all levels of staff of the Bond Exoneration division – including Project Managers, Construction Managers, and the Director of Bond Exoneration. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for assisting all levels of staff within the Bond Exoneration division on a day to day basis.

· Head up efforts in all project documentation of Bond Exoneration services in providing final deliverable to client.

· Set up all job files when a new Bond X project is contracted.

· Keep all job folders organized and up to date, under the supervision of a Project Manager / Director.

· Archive and organize Bond X documents. These include (but are not limited to):

o Bonds

o Agency(s) Punch List

o Plans (approved / as-builts)

o Contracts / Change Orders

o Site Photos

o Bond Release Letters

o Agency Acceptance Letters

· Contact clients, agencies, and designers as needed in order to obtain pertinent information / documents. The designers include (but is not limited to):

o Engineer of Record

o Landscape Architect

o Surveyor

o Geotechnical Engineer

· Make trips to various jobsites, agency offices, or client offices as needed in order to pick up and drop off pertinent information / documents.

· Attend client meetings and site meetings as necessary.

o Document and take notes at meetings as needed.

o Type up and disseminate notes to project team as needed.

· When necessary, reach out to contractors to obtain pricing on behalf of clients.

· When necessary, look over plan sets and complete quantity takeoffs.

· Follow up with client / agencies / designers to ensure that all necessary documents are received in a timely basis.

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Preferred higher education (4-year degree)

· Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Well organized and detail oriented.

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Multi-tasker
