I am a Project Manager and Customer Care Specialist with a passion for delivering delightful and user focused experiences. I have a strong background in management, customer service, design, construction, drafting, manufacturing, and vendor management. My passion for creative problem solving and ability to empathize and relate to customers and stakeholders gives me the ability to ensure needs are met while delivering a quality product in a timely manner.

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and grew up in a family of missionaries. This instilled in me a love for travel and experiencing different cultures. I find people's different perspectives to be fascinating, and I enjoy finding commonalities that create bonds that surpass our differences. One of the ways I foster creativity is by traveling and meeting new people. I am constantly exposed to new experiences and ideas, which helps me to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative solutions. I also practice regularly, which helps me to hone my skills and become more proficient in my work.
