We are looking for a HVAC Customer Service Technician to join our team for the High Desert area (Victorville, Adelanto, Palmdale, Bakersfield).

We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding HVAC services and products.Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide accurate solutions and recommendations.Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.Document customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company database.Assist in the preparation of service estimates and quotes for HVAC repairs and installations.Collaborate with HVAC technicians and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Educate customers on energy-saving practices and the benefits of regular HVAC maintenance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, services, and regulations to effectively assist customers.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMinimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC customer service or a related fieldStrong understanding of HVAC systems and componentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsCertification in HVAC or related technical field is a plusBilingual skills are a plus
