Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Millwork Project Manager, based on-site in Hollywood, FL. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of millwork projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating and expediting project schedules, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and collaborating with various teams to meet deadlines. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

Proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee project life cycles and deliver within scope, timeline, and budget.
Experience in expediting, including coordinating schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Strong background in inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards in project execution.
Knowledge of logistics management, including the organization and optimization of resources and workflows.
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Previous experience in millwork, custom woodwork, or commercial interiors is highly desirable.
