4CH is a 100% employee-owned holding company headquartered in Visalia, California 4CH is the parent company that oversees 5 divisions: 4Creeks (Engineering & Surveying), 4CG Construction (design-build construction company), Sentinel VPS (outsourced CAD Drafting) Topograph (Full-Service Marketing Agency) and Artemis (Real Estate/Development Company).
In 2023, 4CH became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
