AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services) is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting company headquartered in Grand Forks, North Dakota. AE2S was founded in 1991 and began as a water engineering and consulting firm specializing in surface water systems. Today, the company has expanded both its services and markets with more than 20 office locations across the country.
In 2018, AE2S became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Being employee-owned is an extension of its mission: Empowering People. Enhancing Lives. As employee-owners, everyone shares in the opportunities and responsibilities to support the success of the company. As owners, employees benefit from the success of the company.
