About Us
Brubaker, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned HVAC company headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Brubaker Inc. was founded in 1945 by I. Wayne Brubaker, originally focusing on plumbing, heating, and rainwater spouting. Since then, the company has grown to offer a broad array of services, including residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, as well as appliance sales, kitchen and bath remodeling, and specialized design/build services for HVAC and plumbing.
In 2024, Brubaker became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). In January 2024, second-generation owners Don, Gerry, and Dave Brubaker transitioned ownership to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making Brubaker Inc. fully employee-owned. The new team of employee-owners is dedicated to upholding Brubaker’s reputation for exceeding client expectations while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.
