EMA, Inc., is a 100% employee-owned engineering company headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. Since 1975, EMA has forced on automation technology for water and wastewater utilities. In 1987, EMA, Inc., became employee-owned when the established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
