We’re Looking For Someone With The Following Skills

Technical construction knowledge necessary to manage and administer a project through all phases from design through to completion of construction.
Able to manage, at one time, multiple projects of varying size totaling $3 million per year within schedule and budget.
Has 10+ years of experience in construction and is highly skilled in all aspects of remodeling, construction and administration of a project.
Demonstrates the necessary characteristics to be the leader of the project (such as being organized, proactive, professional, supportive, composed, and on time).
Capable of interacting with clients, designers, trade specialists, vendors and crew.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills: verbal, documents, email, and text.
Familiarity with construction scheduling and accounting software is a plus.
Hands on experience is preferred, California State Contractor's License preferred; practical knowledge of Building Codes a must.
Ability to read and understand plans, contracts and specifications.
Willing to learn new processes and procedures.

Compensation: We pay a competitive salary, a competitive benefits package, including vacations, medical and dental insurance and an opportunity to grow within an Employee-Owned (ESOP) company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
