Mower

Mower is a 100% employee-owned marketing and advertising agency that was founded in 1968 by Eric Mower. Headquartered in Syracuse, NY, the company started as a small operation, but it gradually grew over the years, and it now has more than 130 employees across 10 locations. 

In 2022, the company established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which allowed employees to own a portion of the company. The ESOP was designed to provide employees with a retirement plan and to give them a stake in the company's success. A motivating factor in creation of the ESOP was to maintain the company’s professional standards and practices and for employees to know that their future is in their hands.
