OASYS, INC. is a 100% employee-owned technology services provider headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. The company was founded in 2010 and has satellite offices in Northern Virginia, Florida, New Mexico and Oklahoma. OASYS serves in both prime and subcontractor roles for various Federal Government and Department of Defense initiatives.
OASYS, INC. became employee-owned in 2015 when the company implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership has allowed OASYS, INC. to build a culture that brings out the best in their employees.
