Opportunities For Positive Growth (OPG) is an employee-owned company in the healthcare industry headquartered in Fishers, Indiana. Opportunities for Positive Growth is committed to delivering meaningful and dignified support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Over their 25 year history, OPG has expanded its services to include residential habilitation, community habilitation, respite, and music therapy.
In 2010 Opportunities For Positive Growth became an employee-owned company when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an ESOP company, OPG, Inc. takes pride in offering its workforce an ownership stake in the organization without any additional cost to the employees. Employee ownership has fostered a strong sense of commitment from employee owners who are empowered to do their best work. As owners, they benefit from the hard work they contribute to the company. Notably, it stands as one of the largest employee-owned human services agencies in Indiana.
