R3 Strategic Support Group is an employee-owned federal government contractor specializing in explosive ordnance disposal work. The company is headquartered in Coronado, California. Founded in 2010, R3 is also a Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

In 2021, R3 became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee Ownership reinforces the company’s ability accelerate their client’s success by identifying Requirements, capturing Resources, and maximizing Readiness (R3).
