Position Overview: Data Entry Clerk

We are actively seeking a diligent and well-organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive advice and support to candidates throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for evaluating applications, managing documentation, gathering necessary information, inputting data, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Assessment and Support:
Effectively assess candidates' eligibility for specific programs, services, or courses by reviewing applications and supporting documents.
Offer tailored recommendations to candidates based on their qualifications and interests, guiding them toward the most suitable options.
Application Management:
Ensure that all applications are accurately completed and that all necessary supporting documents are submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain precise records of all applications and candidate interactions, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Input, update, and review data and records in the enrollment management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of the enrollment database.
Customer Service and Communication:
Address inquiries and concerns from candidates, parents, and other stakeholders, providing comprehensive information regarding enrollment requirements, processes, and policies.
Communicate effectively with applicants and prospective candidates through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Enrollment Processing:
Process enrollments and dis-enrollments efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring that candidates are informed of their financial obligations and options.
Informational Sessions:
Conduct informational sessions for prospective candidates, providing an overview of available programs, services, and the enrollment process.
Prepare and present materials that effectively communicate key information and answer questions from attendees.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.
Proficiency in data entry and management, with experience using enrollment management systems or similar software preferred.
A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to candidates throughout their enrollment journey.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence in completing tasks.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
