To excel as a Document Control Team Lead at Access Sciences, it is necessary to consistently provide top-notch document control services, drawing upon your expertise and adherence to best practices. Monitoring and improving your performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial, along with fostering effective communication within the team and management. Your ability to navigate construction projects, understand project lifecycles, and manage third-party contract deliverables will be essential.

Monitoring your performance against established KPIs and actively participating in process enhancements is required. Effective communication with team members and management and a deep understanding of construction and project lifecycles is essential. Your ability to handle cross-discipline engineering documents, recognize various deliverables, and route them correctly will set you apart as a valuable asset to our team in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

Remain actively engaged with the document control team and the client's project team
Provide direction to the document control team on daily document control activities
Consistently deliver quality document control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices
Work with cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within a project team
Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management
Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement
Primary point of contact for escalated client issues
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any client issues
Assume the responsibilities of the Document Control Manager in their absence

Requirements

High school diploma
3+ years of previous experience in Document Control
Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes
Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables
Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements
