We are currently seeking a full-time Field Technician to join our GR2 team for our Titusville, FL office. As a Field Technician you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, organization, stock levels, and cleanliness, of the work area, while supporting Project Managers and Supervisors on assigned field tasks. You will also provide labor, mechanical, and electrical support to our clients and their facilities. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:
- Provide labor and operate small equipment on field service jobs.
- Maintain the operations of facility equipment.
- Stock, clean, and organize the shop.
- Support project managers and supervisors on assigned field tasks.
- Traveling to client sites requires extensive travel.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check for access to on-site federal locations.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to work outdoors in harsh environments.
- Availability to work long shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to obtain an OSHA 40-hour certificate and/or an 8-hour refresher course.

- Strong mechanical mindset.
- Industrial & Aerospace experience.
- Commissioning & decommissioning.
- Lead & Asbestos remediation experience.
- Industrial coatings applications.
- OSHA 40-hour certification.
