OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic team at ServiceMASTER Restore by BT Services, a leading restoration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and restoration processes.

Key Responsibilities· Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, subcontractors, and laborers.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.

Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.

Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Budget Management:

Track project expenses and manage budgets effectively.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients.

Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing project management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions· Work is primarily performed on construction sites, with some office work required for project planning and reporting.

Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
May involve working at heights and in confined spaces.

Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings
