We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to help serve our growing portfolio of clients. To be a part of our incredible team you must be a self-starter, great with time management, and can work both independently and as part of a team. A successful candidate must be capable of supporting a group of Client Relationship Managers through a variety of channels. This is a full-time remote working position.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain Trust Accounting through the Global Wealth software for ESOP accounts to include transaction entries, share allocations, share price updates, contributions, distributions, internal loan payments, monthly interest income and reconciliation of account assets and liabilities.
· Monitor Wintrust bank accounts for Trust activity, including initiating banking transactions, running statements and reconciling to Global Wealth accounting software.
· Perform checklist reviews of Third-Party Administrator reports.
· Prepare valuation report review excel workbooks and assist in analyzing valuation reports.
· Interface with Client Relationship Manager to coordinate account activities and sharing of information.
· Prepare and update compliance related documentation, slide deck presentations, and various correspondences.
· Ad hoc projects as requested.
· Travel quarterly for in-person Team meetings (2-day meeting).
Desirables:
Accounting or finance background or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with Employee Stock Ownership Plans
