About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Airports Grant Supervisor to join our widely respected and growing Aviation Division in any of our Office Locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee grants administration activities, including application preparation, tracking of project progress and reimbursements, compliance documentation, and grant closeouts.
Coordinate with funding agencies, sponsors, and internal teams on Capital Improvement Plans, funding strategy, reporting requirements, and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) programs.
Maintain and manage grant and diversity goal tracking, including DBE, M.WBE, and SDVOB Reporting in systems like EBO for NYSDOT-funded projects.
Foster professional relationships and provide administrative support, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and strategic funding opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and track approximately 50-75 open grants simultaneously: strong time management and deadline-driven work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in engaging with others and taking initiative.
Works well independently while contributing to team efforts; demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for quality and timeliness of work.
