About the Role We’re looking for a highly responsive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role sits at the center of our commercial organization supporting customers, managing high-volume quoting, and helping move opportunities from inquiry to order with speed and accuracy. This is more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll play a critical part in inside sales execution, customer experience, and revenue growth, while helping us deliver on our commitment to being easy to do business with. What You’ll Do Customer Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and partners Deliver a responsive, solutions-focused experience across phone and email Proactively communicate updates, timelines, and next steps Resolve issues with a “start from yes” mindset while maintaining company standards Inside Sales Support Manage and follow up on inbound opportunities and customer inquiries Support the sales team by advancing quotes and opportunities through the pipeline Build relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Reinforce value in pricing and help position our products effectively Quoting & Order Execution Prepare accurate, timely quotes across multiple product lines Balance speed and precision in a high-volume quoting environment Partner cross-functionally (sales, operations, engineering) to ensure feasibility and accuracy Process & Team Contribution Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency Collaborate across teams What Success Looks Like Fast, accurate quote turnaround times Strong follow-up discipline that drives quote-to-order conversion High customer satisfaction and ease of doing business Clear communication across teams Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, combined with a talent for solution-focused communication and resolving customer concerns effectively. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in office productivity software is required, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize ERP systems, automated quoting software, CRM systems. Product/Service Knowledge: A willingness to gain a deeper understanding of manufacturing processes and product offerings. Knowledge of refrigeration is a plus but not required. Team Player: Collaborates effectively with marketing, sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows and shared goals. Organization and Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple quotes, answer customer inquiries, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, pricing multiples, and percentages is essential. Education and/or Experience A high school diploma is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in an estimator or customer-facing role.
