Our Production Leads are responsible for overseeing the operations of the production line, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are functioning correctly and safely. This is a crucial role in maintaining productivity and efficiency within the production process. Additionally, this role will perform and support the various duties associated with meeting production schedules for assigned department and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities: Direct and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions Work with other leads to achieve schedule as required Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes Oversee and lead assigned depts. and fill in as needed Final inspection, shipping, parts orders Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed Monitoring schedule to ensure deadlines are met Maintain security of building Perform other related duties as assigned Education & Experience Possess the ability to read blueprints Continuing education preferred Manufacturing and leadership experience preferred To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
