Overview of the Human Resources Manager Role:

Oversee and manage all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws

Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives

Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and performance management cycles

Monitor HR metrics, support workforce planning, and provide guidance on employee development

Partner with leadership to enhance organizational culture and support strategic HR initiatives

Lead and mentor HR staff, setting performance goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Salary range: $90,000-110,00
