Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Inside Sales Person based in Watertown, SD. The successful candidate will assist electrical contractors, technicians, and professionals by providing product recommendations, generating quotes, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additionally, the role involves identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet their project requirements while offering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of electrical products, systems, and industry terminology
Familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and supplier coordination
Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer tailored solutions for customer needs
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills essential in working with customers and internal teams
Proficiency with computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Previous experience in electrical or wholesale distribution industries is a plus
