(CEC), we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to lead and expand our survey practice in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership: Build and scale the Texas survey team. Recruit, train, and mentor field crews while setting a high-performance standard
Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle—from fieldwork and technical approvals to budgeting and invoicing
Technical Oversight: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary surveys (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, control) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
Quality Assurance: Serve as the final reviewer for all deliverables, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistency

Qualifications

Licensure: Texas RPLS certification required, or LSIT with the ability to obtain licensure promptly
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional land surveying experience
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with GPS, robotic total stations, and modern survey software. Familiarity with Trimble Access/TBC or AutoCAD is a strong advantage
Field Readiness: Valid driver’s license required for site visits and field operations
