Territory: California & Nevada
Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
Total Earnings: $115,000–$130,000+ with commissions and bonuses

For more than 60 years, we’ve supported retailers across the country in outfitting customers for weddings, proms, quinceañeras, galas, and all of life’s biggest celebrations. With 450 employee-owners and 4,500+ retail partners, we continue to grow — and we’re looking for a driven, bilingual sales professional to help us expand our reach throughout California and Nevada.

What You’ll Do
As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll support and grow a diverse portfolio of formalwear retailers across California and Nevada.
Grow the Business: Identify, cultivate, and onboard new retail partners
Strengthen Relationships: Support existing accounts and help them drive sales
Promote JFW Programs: Share our marketing, sales, and service solutions
Stay Connected: Conduct in-person visits, Zoom meetings, and consistent follow-ups
Use Sales Tools: Maintain CRM data and meet activity/sales goals
Travel: Overnight travel required approximately 50% of the time
What You Bring
3–5 years of outside sales or territory management experience
Proven success building relationships and growing accounts
Strong communication skills — English and Spanish strongly preferred
CRM experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, comfort with virtual meetings
Self-driven, organized, ethical, and motivated by results
