In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met by considering price, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.
· Responsible for the on-time delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
· Set up new vendors in the ERP system.
· Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
· Ensure proper alignment of the supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.
· Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.
· Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses.
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain, or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
· Knowledgeable in Procurement functions, Supply Chain Management concepts, and Bill of Materials (including parent/child assembly relationships).
· Fair understanding of environmental legislation (e.g., ROHS, REACH) and Project Management principles.
· Basic understanding of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
