Gas Engine – Rod Department

Job Overview: This position consists of a highly repetitive process that may require working with precise CNC machines. The position will follow a standard sequence to hone or machine connecting rod bores to the correct size. The right candidate will have moderate attention to detail and the motivation to achieve a quality product every time. This is a hands-on position in which associates must move between workstations and machines to keep quality product flowing to the customer.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Overtime available

Qualifications

The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
The ability to use handheld tools such as drills, torque arms, gauges
Standing: Continuously
Walking: Frequently
Sitting: Never
Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally
Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally

Salary and Benefits:

Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases
