In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate data entry into business systems.
- Review incoming orders—both commercial and technical—according to established guidelines.
- Check specification sheet requirements against manufacturer technical specifications and product bulletins to confirm suitability of selected products.
- Verify compatibility of customer-required options with selected product models.
- Coordinate with Sales offices, factories, and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure all special instructions and attachments are correctly addressed.
- Create and update product structures based on construction requirements.
- Submit requests for engineering support and creation of new part numbers.
- Validate pricing for special product constructions.
- Respond promptly to order enquiries.
- Serve as product detailing coordinator for large project orders.
- Support new process improvements and software initiatives implemented within Order Management.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Perform overtime when required to manage workload or order backlog.
- Undertake other tasks aligned with company goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of control valves is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Understanding of ISO Standard Requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across regions.
