Job Summary
The role: We are seeking an industrious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to further grow our Client Services team. The Client Services team is integral to providing G7’s clients with a variety of strategic, compelling, and creative solutions to help them reach their objectives.
As a Senior AE, you’ll work closely with the Client Services team and across G7’s other departments to ensure the highest quality work is delivered on time and within budget. You thrive on fast-paced and collaborative projects that live at the crossroads of experiential marketing, entertainment, and authentic brand partnerships. You get a rush from checking things off your list and seeing a plan come together, and you are always open to learning from challenges that come your way. You’ll serve as the north star for owned projects, strategically guiding internal and external collaborators in pursuit of world-class deliverables, and you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner for your clients.

Position Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be a key strategic partner to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, industry, audience, and competitive landscape
- Lead strategic planning efforts, translating client goals into impactful experiential marketing programs that are innovative, results-driven, and insight-informed
- Guide the ideation, development, and implementation of plans against established criteria and budget parameters
- Lead and/or assist the development, management, and negotiation of various client alliances, partnerships, and sponsorships to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
- Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience and Account Managers to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through thoughtful planning and seamless execution
- Independently lead your programs across cross-functional G7 departments comprised of creatives, strategists, producers, project managers, and interns without the need for extensive managerial oversight
- Model excellence in communication, proactiveness, and solution-oriented thinking
- Demonstrate intuitive understanding of collaboration with integrated internal and external teams, able to effectively and independently navigate relationships, provide guidance, and build trust
- Conduct and lead client and internal status meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up with a professional and calm approach
- Oversee program execution from planning, on-site delivery, and wrap-up, ensuring G7 operational excellence and quality assurance across all departments involved
- Lead on-site and external program elements, including field team training, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, site advancing, and real-time reporting during activations
- Partner with production leads on logistics, fabrication, graphics, assets, and inventory management, providing oversight, planning, and quality assurance
- Manage inventory and shipments of program assets
- Effectively communicate with clients, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to supporting client projects
- Compile and provide timely program reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Own the development and management of program budgets to achieve client goals within their defined parameters
- Work with teammates on program cost projections and tracking to ensure prudent stewardship of budgets
- Anticipate challenges and opportunities, using market and client data to inform direction, recommend pivots, and deliver smarter solutions
- Create and maintain clear, detailed administrative documents for client and agency reference, including recaps, reporting, agendas, analysis, recommendations, and timelines
- Develop and own the project timelines and processes, utilizing Asana, G Suite, and other tools to ensure successful tracking and delivery
- Participate in business development activities including brainstorms, pitches, and proposals when appropriate

- Serve as the go-to source for all information on led projects for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating independent leadership and ownership
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8+ years of client services, experiential marketing, project management, and marketing/agency environments
- Proven experience leading clients through a full program year with demonstrated account growth or expansion
- Minimum 2+ years owning day-to-day client relationships and leading experiential, event, mobile, or sponsorship programs
- Must be comfortable spending time with clients in person at meetings, pitches, and field activations
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect client business goals to marketing solutions
- Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently with a detail-oriented and extremely organized approach in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead programs, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions
- Well-rounded, entrepreneurial, and creative thinker
- Attentive to details, with excellent observation, listening, and communication skills, including the ability to confidently speak to clients and senior leadership

- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
