We’re seeking an experienced finance leader to drive operational excellence across AP, AR, Credit, and T&E in a global, multi-entity environment. You’ll optimize Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash processes, enhance system utilization, and lead a high‑performing shared services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, efficiency, and cross‑functional partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across AP, AR, Credit, and T&E, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Accounting to improve end‑to‑end transaction flows.
- Establish and manage KPIs and SLAs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor a team of 3 direct reports.
- Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and commentary on AR, AP, and customer deposits.
- Maintain audit readiness, internal controls, and strong governance over customer/vendor master data.
- Build and execute a finance technology roadmap focused on automation and lean process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance Oracle Financials, OCR, and workflow tools.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and support system transformation initiatives.
- Travel approx. one week per quarter.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years leading AP/AR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Ability to be onsite in Owatonna 2–3 days per week (local candidates preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, cash flow, and compliance (tax, 1099, global payments).
- Experience in multi‑entity, shared services, or global environments.
- Expertise with Oracle Financials (Fusion or EBS), OCR, and automated workflow tools.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and high systems proficiency (Advanced Excel).
Compensation: $125,000 – 145,000
