Responsibilities

You won’t just treat—you’ll lead, collaborate, and elevate.

Set meaningful goals and develop personalized treatment plans
Supervise and support COTAs
Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that values your insight
Track progress, document outcomes, and drive real results
Most importantly, help older adults live fuller, more independent lives

Qualifications

✅ A degree from an accredited OT program✅ A valid (or pending) Ohio OT license✅ Passion for working with older adults (experience in LTC, acute care, or rehab is a plus)
