Summary

Provide Estimating and Management within Hall’s Paving Division.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee projects from the bid phase to the completion.
Prepare and review estimates for site projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a high level of organization in order to meet critical deadlines.
Meet and assist in developing customer relationship.
Primary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner’s representatives.
Able to work both independently and with parts of the estimating/project management team.
Promote a safe work site for each project.
Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
Abide by Company Safety Program and Polices in performing duties safely.
Communicate, update and report to the Division Manager.

Experience/Qualifications

10+ years of experience in civil construction. Effectively managing the entire bid process from bid to billing

Education

Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for extended periods at a time, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch daily. The employee must be able to walk and/or stand on their feet throughout the entire day.
