Position Overview
Identifies customer needs through communication and proper inspection processes. Communicates identified needs and gives suggestions in a professional manner back to the customer. This person primarily works out of a location store.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
· Must maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
· Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
· Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
· Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance and may assist with the administrative duties
· May assist with the inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
· May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
· Obtains monthly sales and GP goal (goal set by store manager)
· Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements
· Complete training assignments
· Answering store phones
· Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (preferred)
· Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.
