Grace Manufacturing Inc. is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products, and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for 1st and 2nd shift Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas.
This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the following:
- Operating production machinery and producing parts
- Checking work against defined quality specifications
- Working in a team environment
- Working on continuous improvement projects
- Cross-training on multiple job functions
- Maintaining production workflow and a clean work area
- Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and procedures
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Stable work history
- Organization and communication skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- High level attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating machinery
- Use of blueprints, drawings and work orders to process orders
- Use of measuring instruments to check parts
