D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Cliffwood, NJ location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
- Work to establish business relationships with customers
- Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
- Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing of parts and product
- Assist with all shipping and receiving of product for the branch.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
- Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
- Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn new things
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position / lift to 70 pounds.

Compensation Range: $23.00 - $26.00 hour
