POSITION OVERVIEW
Identifies customer needs through communication and proper inspection processes.Communicates identified needs and gives suggestions in a professional manner back to the customer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
· maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
· Answer phones
· Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
· Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
· Identifies ways to maximizes new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and executes on that plan.
· Recommend additional preventative services to customers using Commercial Tire Standards.
· Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting Commercial Tire standards.
· Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance.
· Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards
· May assist with the administrative duties, inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
· May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
· Performs other duties as assigned or needed
QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are the knowledge, skills and/or abilities that are preferred
· Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.
· Retail TIA training
