Description

Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel and performs other administrative tasks as needed. Greet in-person customers with exceptional customer service and introduce AHP culture with every exchange.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers incoming telephone calls on a multiline switchboard, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Opens, receives, sorts, and routes mail within the corporate office to branch locations.
General lobby, kitchen, and breakroom upkeep including but not limited to unloading/loading dishes daily, checking refrigerator for spoiled food, keeping adequate supplies for breakroom stocked, etc.
Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies. Checks supplies in the stockroom and break room on a regular basis.
Assist the Executive Assistant and management team members with special projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
