Commercial Cleaner - Evenings - Ponte Vedra (2 locations)

In search of a commercial cleaner to clean evenings 3 days a week in the Ponte Vedra Area. Cleaning will include 2 different locations close in proximity.

Monday 2 hours

Wednesday 4 hours

Friday 4 hours

Approximately 10 hours a week - with more opportunities for more hours and more accounts

This job is part time, about 10 hours a week in Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra area.

Pay for this job will be starting between $15-$17 based on experience.

Attendance Bonus/Incentive:

Each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
