Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES General & Operations Manager (Project Manager) to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).

As a TARCES General & Operations Manager (Project Manager) your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

Provide lead, management, and administrative support for the TARCES contracted effort.
Assist Government program authorities with technical, programmatic, and project-related issues.
Plan, direct, and monitor contractor personnel activities across technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative functions.
Track, report, and communicate program/project progress to stakeholders.
Support acquisition, allocation, and management of program resources, ensuring alignment with task order (TO) requirements and financial controls.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship
Hiring at multiple levels:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of related experience
Or Associate degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of related experience
Or High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience
Active Secret/clearance is required

Schedule: M-F; 8-5

Work Location: Onsite, PAX River, Maryland

Travel: 0-10%

Relocation Assistance Available: Yes

Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No

Salary Range: $100,000-$165,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)

The salary range information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
