Warehouse Team Lead

Lead a Team at a Company You Actually Own

Life's Abundance is a 100% employee-owned health and wellness company. That's not a slogan — it means every employee, including you, earns ownership shares in the company at no cost to you, on top of your paycheck. When the company does well, employee-owners share in that success.

We've been in business for over 25 years, we're certified by the Tugboat Institute as an Evergreen company (built to last, people-first, no outside investors calling the shots), and we take our culture seriously. We're looking for a Team Lead who will be a driver of it.

What You'll Do

You'll be the caretaker of our inventory from the moment it arrives until it ships out the door — and a hands-on leader who keeps the warehouse running smoothly day to day.

Lead the floor. When the Assistant Manager is away from the line, you run day-to-day operations and keep orders moving.
Own receiving and inventory. Lead receiving procedures and cycle counts; verify, inspect, scan, and label incoming product so our inventory stays accurate.
Fulfill orders with pride. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately; build and prep boxes; organize the daily workflow from pick files.
Keep people safe. Help plan and lead weekly safety meetings, follow and model all SOPs and lockout/tagout procedures, and speak up immediately about hazards.
Handle the details. Help manage the location shipper email inbox, process returns, and keep product rotated (FIFO) and quality-checked.

We'll train you on our equipment — electric pallet jacks, forklifts (PIT certification provided), case formers, vacuum lifters, and our fulfillment systems.

Who Thrives Here

This role is as much about how you lead as what you do. As Team Lead, you're a driver of our organization's culture — the energy you bring sets the standard. We're looking for someone who:

Brings steady, positive energy — every day. Not fake cheerfulness; just consistency. The kind of person people are glad to see in the morning.
Communicates openly and professionally. You share your ideas and perspectives with leadership, and you champion the team's direction once decisions are made.
Builds harmony. You bring people together, foster collaboration, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.
Acts without being told. You see what needs doing and do it.
Sweats the details. Accurate picks, clean receiving records, honest cycle counts.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
1–2+ years of warehouse experience preferred (lead experience a plus, not required)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift
Reliable attendance — your team counts on you being there
Willingness to learn lockout/tagout, PIT, and all safety procedures (training provided)

Pay & Benefits

$23.82/hour — paid weekly
One consistent daytime shift — Monday thought Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 PM. Your evenings and weekends are yours.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) — you earn ownership shares in the company just by working here, at no cost to you
Medical insurance for you plus your family — with up to 90% paid by the company
Dental insurance — our basic dental package is 100% free to employees
Vision insurance
401(k) savings plan
Paid personal time off, paid volunteer time off, and paid national holidays
Flexible Spending Account, Hospital Indemnity, and MetLaw legal plan
Professional development — we prefer to promote from within as much as possible
Discounts on company products
Casual dress and company events
Stability — 25+ years in business, employee-owned, built for the long haul

At Life’s Abundance we put people first- in fact, that principle is hard-coded into the way we do business. By shifting the conversation from profit to purpose and from sales to sustainability, we are committed to empowering people and pets to live healthier and happier lives.

As a Certified Evergreen company, we have found that nurturing a workforce motivated by our purpose and culture builds a rock-solid foundation. We take care of our people, and they take care of our customers, distributors, communities, and families.

Our culture is an investment in a stronger company, which in turn strengthens the world at large. We are 100% employee-owned, and it shows in the way we take ownership of initiatives and work together as a team. If you’re an energetic, collaborative person who wants to make a positive dent in the universe while helping others live their best lives, we want to hear from you!

At Life’s Abundance, we don’t just accept differences - we celebrate, support, and thrive on them for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our communities. Life’s Abundance is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
