Overview

Highlight is seeking a Project Director to lead a program supporting the Contract Management division within a behavioral health organization at HHS.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for overseeing implementation of this grant management program. Must demonstrate the ability to manage a project of this scope and size, and be experienced and knowledgeable in Federal, Departmental, and Agency regulations, policies and requirements pertaining to the Peer Review process. Support likely to be provided according to a hybrid approach – both on-site (Rockville, MD) and remotely.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in social work, counseling, behavioral health, healthcare administration, finance, business administration, etc.
At least five years of project management experience required.
At least one year of clinical experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business, or a related field required.
