Grace Manufacturing Inc. is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for 2nd Shift Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas.
This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, checking work against defined quality specifications, working in a team environment. Performing a variety of tasks associated with maintaining production work flow while also maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Should possess a stable work history
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Runs production equipment
• Cross-trains on all job functions
• Checks parts for compliance to quality standards
• Uses blueprints, drawings and work orders to process orders
• Uses measuring instruments to check parts
• Maintains housekeeping in work area with an eye for safety
• Works with team on continuous improvement projects
